The Madame 4 Fortuna game features 5 reels, each with 3 visible symbols, and 10 win lines. Wins can be achieved by lining up adjacent symbols on a payline anywhere. During the Special Spins phase, the reels expand to 20.

Special Spins: When you win at least 4 times your bet, you enter Special Spins mode. The bet selected in the base game will be applied to every Special Spin slot available on the screen. You can change your bet at this stage, but only when no spins are in progress. You can continue playing as long as your balance is greater than or equal to the minimum bet.
